Posies, the “OG” who started it all is a classic 1968 air-cooled VW Bay Window Single Cab that was manufactured in Germany.

From what we know she spent some time in Alabama, as she had verbiage on her doors pre-restoration that said “Open Bible Mission” out of Florala, AL. (We are still working this end of things!) She also had roots to St. Petersburg prior to being sold to a gentleman named Mick from SC in 2012. He sold her in 2015, then she was sold to another person (unknown), then sold again to Chad from NC where he did a full restoration. Chad sold this sweet truck in 2017 to the first owner of Posies Flower Truck, who retrofitted and converted her into the flower truck we know and love today. On November 7, 2017 Posies Flower Truck hit the streets of Tampa Bay now as a flower truck.

In May of 2021 Stephanie and David Frank acquired the Posies Flower Truck business. Of course there is a large gap of years unaccounted for from 1968 to 2012, however, we continue to research as much about her history as we can. If only she could talk!
