You’ll be the heart and soul of our vintage Volkswagen truck, helping customers craft their bouquets from a stunning selection of fresh flowers. If you thrive on making people smile, enjoy a dynamic and creative work environment, and want to be part of a team that celebrates the beauty of flowers, this is the perfect job for you! Get ready to spread joy and floral magic as you engage with customers, curate gorgeous bouquets, and ensure our truck is the go-to destination for flower lovers.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
Floral Knowledge: Basic knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work part-time or full-time as needed.

To celebrate weโre offering FREE mini photo sessions by the BEST PET PHOTOGRAPHER IN TAMPA BAY Nicole Geller on Sunday, September 22, Noon to 5pm! We will also have fun goodies and treats to give a way.
Participants must register as we have a limited number of spots available, see our website found in our bio. No walk ins please. All pups must be on a leash at all times & must play well with others. Tail wagging and barking welcomed all day! ๐๐ ๐ป

Tampa Bay has a very long standing & large #volkswagen group called #localvolks. We love getting together when we can, theyโre like family to us! This video is from a ride we did over the #skywaybridge back in April, @vdubsovertheskyway - the turn out was epic!
This Sunday, September 15 we will be together once again from 11am-4pm @yuenglingtampa for Oktoberfest โBeers + Gears!โ Posies will have gorgeous blooms as always, @churned_icecream will be selling their craft ice cream, @the_salty_dub with vw merch & @goodtimesrollbus for photos, plus all our groovy vw friends (estimated around 70 in attendance total!)

Weโre excited to introduce truck #8 weโve already affectionately nicknamed โMyrtle.โ What makes her special, sheโs a local gal, owned by long time #VW enthusiast & friend Dallas of Bellair, Florida. Sheโs been chillin at his beach rental business @greeniguanarentals on Indian Rocks Beach before making her way to us! He also owned our 1960 Rosie (#4), whoโs currently enjoying life @hydeparkvillage & @publicstudiohh for the next few weeks.
How does one not scoop up a local sweet truck like this???!!!
Eventually she will make her way through the โPosieficationโ process, but for now she will begin basic training with the OG to become the best flower truck she can be!
(Video location is an old manufacturing plant that made the very first juicing machines for Florida orange groves and was also a foundry for sewage lids. Our VW whisper is based inside this amazing building.)

If youโre looking for us, findposies.com is a great way to track us. Our Posies staff uses it 20 times a day, ha ha!
Weโve been over the moon being at our favorite village 6 days a week! Parking INSIDE a location where you can visit us, amazing! Being 1 minute from the fountain, surreal, take that Florida heat & afternoon thunderstorms!! We hope youโve enjoyed more access to our sweet truck of happy #tampabay. While we will forever love being โout in the wildโ with our trucks, being inside has been such an adventure & weโve loved it.
Donโt forget as we begin to roll into pumpkin spice season (YES!!) we would love nothing more than to create a flower filled private event, schedule a pop up or discuss fundraising opportunities. We can also use our INSIDE space for team building, bridal, baby showers, birthday parties and more through our activation end date of October 20.

โ Flowers & Flowโ - we just adore being creative while tucked inside the gorgeous @publicstudiohh.
Who wouldnโt want to do a yoga relaxation class with @image.less! With gorgeous Peonies displaying on the walls, the smell of fresh flowers, baby blue Eucalyptus filling the space and Garyโs calming voice of inspiration. The Posies truck fit the vibe, she also seemed more relaxed after the 45 minute class! ๐
